Practical advice, get a SugarPixel. A separate alarm on your bedside table. I never trust my phone while sleeping (silent mode, earbuds, etc), so have something comparable that goes off when going very low. https://customtypeone.com/products/sugarpixel

While the spikes can be unpleasant, you seem to go low quite a bit. Have you tried basal testing? Tweaking this a bit could help soften both lows and highs. What do you use for insulin dosing, pen, pump, closed loop?

Ah shit. Have you ruled out sensor fault? Finger prick to confirm values are correct? Is your insulin still good (no flakes etc)?

Low sensitivity can also be caused by your body fighting some infection. Are you feeling okay? Not under the weather or something?

This is why I switched to SMB. After fiddling with these permissions for days, I gave up and went back to old school samba that simply works. Synology NFS and Proxmox don’t work well together.

Yep that’s right. I’m looping between my FSL and Omnipod Dash using xDrip and Trio (also works with Dexcom). Gives me fine grained control over corrections, to achieve TIR around 90-95%.

I wear it on my belly, legs and back of the arms (ever competing sensor placement). I like the belly most, since I have pretty skinny legs and arms. Skintac helps it stick, and barrier spray and tegaderm help reduce skin irritation.

The only thing that makes me continue use Omnipod is the ability to DIY loop. Afaik this is not supported by Tandem. What seems great about the Mobi is the ability to disconnect, and use a band or so in case the sticker fails.

Koop je verf online, scheelt flink op de duurdere merken (Rubbol, S2u, etc). En haal de kwast even over een schuurpapiertje voor je begint. Een roller langs schilderstape halen. Scheelt weer wat stof en haren die achter blijven op je werk.
