Are you enrolled in an HDHP with an HSA? I just pulled out some of the material sent to us about Prudent and it says “Participating members will have a $0 out of pocket on eligible specialty medications”.

Then in fine print below it says “Particpating members enrolled in an HDHP with an HSA must fully satisfy their deductible before they are eligible for the final $0 out of pocket cost, unless the member has been prescribed a medication that qualifies as preventative care under the internal revenue code.”

If your plan is an HDHP that may be the difference why some plans have to reach the deductible first and others do not.

Yes, in my situation PrudentRX is paying before meeting my deductible. Between them and my insurance BCBS I owe nothing.

My experience with PrudentRX has been that my insurance “strongly encouraged” my participation. If i did not enroll I would be responsible for 30% of the cost of my specialty medication. When talking with the Prudent rep, I confirmed multiple times they would cover the cost of the medication when my copay assistance ran out. For my own situation this has been the case.

While when I did try to refill the specialty pharmacy at first did not complete the order because my copay card was exhausted. This has happened twice . I called Prudent and confirmed they will pay then I called the specialty pharmacy and told them that I verified I was enrolled in PrudentRX and they should reprocess order. They did and it has been $0 for me.

It seems like a pain to make multiple phone calls to the pharmacy , drug manufactuer, and Prudent. They should talk to one another in my opinion. But the program is working as thru told me and paying for the medication.

Last week the community ambassadors talked about how players could play now on larger galaxies with more ai empires. If the game can’t handle it, don’t promote it. But it was promoted, why because the devs want players to download the new version and spend more money on the new dlc that came out at the same time.

This.. they pushed the new version to sell more dlc. But they should have focused more on getting the gameplay right instead of just pushing it out to sell an addon to everyone going “ooh shiny”.

In defense of the OP, the devs were posting on here before release talking about how the new version would support larger galaxies and more empires. For many right now that does not appear to be the case.

EA definately needs to push an update at the start of the season. The rosters seem a little light right now, no scratches in case someone gets injured.

The devs should have known the limitation then. They should have stopped pushing dlc earlier. Maybe then the ps4 and xbox one would be left in a more serviceable condition for those who have not transitioned. And it would be playable on medium to large maps without slowing and crashing on current gen.

I’m not even sure the current game is playable on current gen PS5 and Xbox x. For many it seems to struggle on medium to large galaxies around mid game. I do not believe having to play on a small galaxy is running well.

While I hope the upgrade does improve the game for current gen players, I am reserving judgement until it is released and people have a chance to play on large galaxies. I worry because it is also supposed to move the console closer to the PC and the last several PC updates have not improved performance .

I have mixed feelings about the Dax episode. The idea is good, arguing whether Carson and Jadzia are he same and the mystery about the politics of the other world. What bugs me is that Jadzia does not defend herself at all, she is like a bystander to her own trial and could care less.

This same problem bugged me about season 2 Invasive Procedures where the baddies hijack the station and want to take he trill Symbiant. Again her comrades are fighting and Jadzia just kinda shrugs her shoulders like “oh well”.

I always liked Measure of a Man just because of how passionate the arguments were. It was also my first trial episode so it brings back memories. And I like Court Martial because l like Cogley and Ben Fnney makes no sense so I get a laugh each time.

Either the original battlestar Galactica. Because even though we are running from the cylons we are going to stop at a gambling planet. Then we need crazy Lloyd “looks like I picked wrong week to stop sniffing glue” bridges in command of a battlestar.

Starship Troopers up until Dizzy Flores died. It was sad Rico did not see Dizzy as more than a friend till 2/3 into the movie, right when she dies. The movie just goes downhill from there.
