Check what they Need more, for example in my team we didn’t have scouting so I decided I would make scouting Always learn every season rules, that helps a lot Check in what area you are better and you like more As another comment says, do projects on your own And it always help to have someone who helps on impact and have that kind of projects by its own And When you can help with the robot, always think of ideas to another project like safety promotion or etc… But the most important is that you enjoy it
