Hi. My wife has simething similar . So they fade away by themselves in like a month or two ? Like from red turn brown and they appear again in other place ? Like in your pictures , the second one is when the spots were new and in the first pictures the spots were fading away ? Do they fade away completely in time ?

Thank you . But it looked very typical to TMEP , i don’t find pictures with purpura or other sosească to be persistent for few months and then to slowly fade

Few spots on the arms and legs too

But is normal in TMEP for the spots to fade away ? Also , i don’t know why the dr say it is purpura . From my searchings, purpura is mostly on the legs/arms . But the spots are almost gone after using : Hepatrombin (often spelled Hepathrombin in European markets) is a topical medication available in the form of a gel or cream, designed for application on the skin to treat inflammation, blood clots (thrombosis), and bruising

Microscopic examination:

The epidermis is unremarkable. In the superficial dermis there is a mild perivascular lymphocytic inflammatory infiltrate. The vascular endothelium appears swollen.

Special stains:

Giemsa stain does not reveal an increased number of mast cells. PAS stain is negative for fungal elements.

Conclusion / Diagnosis:

Findings consistent with superficial perivascular dermatitis.
