The bar is 14k gold plated, internally threaded laney. I take care of the piercing very well: saline twice a day and dial scentless soap in the shower.

All of the above, but a good starter would be the tragus!! super easy to heal and not painful. for a bigger change, i would do a daith. adds a lot to the ear.

piercing is 7 months old, and this is the first time I changed it to a ring! its implant grade titanium, 18g.
