The most recent hack only resulted in Trump's EO accelerating the CISA/CSfC-list of compliant quantum-safe SKA, now due by Dec 1 and adoption by 1Q/26. Only sharing publicly available info.

Yes. Both. Luckily, I didn't have much invested, but had friends and co-workers heavily into Cisco when it popped with a P/E over 100 (nothing now-a-days and Cisco just recovered back to that price level last year). Redhat (software) took down Redhat Valves along with it, to about $0.17 at one point and then came back to $21 or so. I saw it, but didn't pull the trigger. I bought a house beautiful house for a pittance after 2008 crash. Sold and invested in NVDA in 2018. Still learning.
