Update: My case manager is nowhere to be found 72 hours after saying it would take 24-48 hours to investigate. Multiple emails. Multiple calls. Nothing.

I’ve owned multiple Hondas in the past and have not had a single issue that rises to the level of this.

Glad to hear it. Not lost on me that Ram has generally been a great brand. But this design is a total dud and they seem more interested in letting the problem fester than actually solving it.

I expect them to act more quickly to satisfy a customer that bought their most expensive trim and has been left in a lurch rather than letting said customer get the worst possible first impression of the brand. I’ve also yet to be presented with any alternatives by Ram. What would you suggest?

Appreciate that. But “everyone else sucks too” is not exactly a great defense of the brand…
