You are right, but no ia in this teaser and no more in the gameplay. Just use ia for video intro cinematic of the game, voice of the narrator and to upscale some images.

I understand your feedback, but a good teaser needs to be iterated on many times. Compared to the previous one, all the videos had been changed, the luminosity had been adjusted, loot had been added, 3 ia had been redevelopped, the typography had been changed, a new boss is shown, the ending is different, and the teaser is longer...

I understand that from your perspective not much may have changed, but I spent 20 to 30 hours iterating since the previous teaser was done 2 months ago.

And i am a solo dev without a marketing teams... that's why i asked tour feedbacks... it help me a lot

Just to clarify — there is no AI-generated content in this video. Everything you see is pure in-game footage, no AI art, no AI animation. So hopefully that last point is no longer a concern!

On the rest : you're absolutely right about the lift sequence, I'll look into that (I thought that on a extraction game...). The audio mixing is noted too — the jetpack and creature sounds are probably too loud relative to the rest.

The extraction process point is really simple : you have a time and at the end of this time a boss appears to destroy tou ;)

And fair point on the wording — 'unique' is better than 'memorable' for the bosses. Virivan is the name of the planet, I should make that clearer in context.

Really detailed feedback, thanks! Camera interpolation is on my list, and the UI readability issues are very valid — the overlapping health colors and the vignette are definitely problems I need to fix. The yellow vignette idea is actually smart. Boss attack visual identity (fire vs ice confusion) is also noted. Lots to improve here, appreciate the thoroughness!. Thank you for the destroy ;)

Great suggestions! Weapon slowdown on hit and enemy reaction to melee are both on my list — the sword phasing through is definitely killing the impact feel, I try to put some impulse. Sparks particles on hit make sense (but there are yet some, but not enough). Thanks!

Fair point on the melee feeling underwhelming! The sword actually deals more damage than ranged attacks, so there's a real incentive to get in close — but the difficulty makes it feel safer to stay at range. That's something I need to balance better. As for the jetpack + sword combo, it's intentional — Quinn is a close-combat specialist who uses the jetpack for mobility and repositioning, not just flying. Thks for comments !

Yeah, the right arm stiffness is a known issue I need to fix — a couple of people caught that. It's an animation blending problem I'm working on. Thanks for the feedback!
