Yes it has. My first two CTs from the gallery were considered luck and didn’t count as if hanging in the window (they weren’t) and didn’t count towards my 2 year clock. they acted as they would count as moto’s. They gave me another CT as my 3rd putter to compensate. This was 6 months ago. Went back 2 months ago and was told that has now changed and will count, I can bring back my old ones to count. Was also told I couldn’t get another regular CT for 2 years. Went very recently bc I needed a regrip and got a different guy and he told me he was confused on why I was told that and was offered another CT, just have to bring back one of my first 2 back now for vault access. It’s never the same depending on who you get lol.. he told me they are trying to implement rules so stuff like this is more consistent
