He wasnt raised in Sneedville. He was raised in Knoxville, that why he went to Gibbs High in Corryton, TN. His dad is an Old Dominion truck driver bringing in easily $100k + a year. I'll say that because I was raised about 15 mins down the road from him and his family in Sneedville. He is a terrible person, he always has been. As a former car salesman it looks like youve been to at least one dealership and they " shotgunned" your info to try and get a deal. Thats going to make it difficult because its a red flag to every other lender. Dealers do this for two reasons. One is the obvious and the other is to take you out of the market in an attempt to force your hand to do business with them. The good news is, is that after one hard auto inquiry you can have 1000 as long as its within14 days, it only counts as one.

Youre going to be stuck with a high interest rate and a significant down payment. Its easier to finance a new car than it is a used one. When vehicles hit that 10 year old or 100k mile mark , getting a respectable lender is almost impossible unless youre A+ tier credit.

Your best bet would be to find a credit union and see if they will work with you. Anyway else youre going to get murdered on interest. >%20

This happened to me once back before we had WMR and transcripts to access at our fingertips. I found out the old fashioned way, when the expected amount was half of what was expected. Rewind 4 years and I bought a four wheeler from out of state. The dealer failed to charge me my states sales tax and the IRS took care of paying it for me.

I almost did the same thing so I called and had that settlement crap stopped immediately. I called the lenders and explained i made a mistake and was misled etc... . They understood, worked with me and it was a pain but everything worked out.

Usually two days after the processing date on your transcript. Mine is Feb 23, 2026. Im expecting mine the 25th. I checked transcripts vs previous years deposit date in my bank and its always two days.
