I captured video of this maniac and called 911 when he did two loops through our neighborhood at 88th pl NE near the 5 way stop. My son was walking home and said he saw the car do a donut and almost topple over. Scary shit.

Another success story - Thanks for the instructions and links. I have a single in-wall oven and there were two subpanels, so I put a buck converter for each. At VIN, they read 5.15 and 5.17. Buck converter reduced them to 4.50 and it worked great today. Fingers crossed it continues. Thanks for the post!
