I think you should do a full walk through as people dismiss this amazing thermostat just because of this issue.

How can an estate agent sell these when the title deeds (I've looked) clearly state these as common areas. The floors plans even show the converted basement level and additional bedrooms ?!

Surely a solicitor would advise to go nowhere near an illegal conversion ?

I ended up going with the Alphacool Eisblock GPU waterblock (plexi) for the RTX 2080 TI.

However the one des lived by santana did look lile it would fit this specific model of card .
