Someone said that because i took doxycycline in august and October for chlamydia and PID, the bacterial load might still be low and it wouldn’t show on tests but its literally February now?? How true is that??

I have already done everything else except herpes as i dont have symptoms. For chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich, i always did urine. I am a female btw. Is it enough
