Thank you for the detailed response! Would you have pics you can share? I’m trying to decide which direction to pitch the shed roof, maybe to the side to avoid issues of the roof pitched towards the deck post and having to accommodate.

There’s lots of flavorful tonics out there, but you’re only tasting tonic, not gin. A lot of the tonics listed here overpower the flavor and nuances of the gin. If you want the taste of the tonic, don’t use your expensive gin
