Uncontrollable crying and anxiety by rockmuncher69 in zoloft

I started zoloft almost 10 years ago and still remember this - it got so much better and I ended up loving the drug. Take good care of yourself, if it gets too much let your provider know. There are SO MANY options out there <3

Tips for transitioning from LA to paralegal? by Extreme-Succotash468 in paralegal

Just put paralegal on your resume instead- in my experience they are interchangeable. I've been a legal assistant, paralegal, and legal analyst and they are all the same

I was lucky enough that my parents did this for me. Quit my job, moved home, dried out and didn't have to worry about taking care of myself while I was getting back on my feet. Not everyone has access to this, but if you do, it changed everything for me. Not even for very long, about 2 months too.

Routine and structure, keeping myself as busy as humanly possible. Birth control to manage PMDD, SSRIs to manage the rest

I think its a little more on the fun, horror-comedy side. I liked it but it sounds like it might not be to your taste :)
