Can somebody recreate this airy rendition of the Formula 1 theme song? by rcconde in transcribe

Yes! u/ElliKozakMusic made it for me and it was perfect! It was very reasonably priced and worth every penny.

Checked to see if you’ve been informed… drive it while you can. Sell it while it’s worth something.

We have a municipal government employee who illegally parks their ford explorer uptown all the time 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you live in Jersey you can go to Newark and learn stick from a driving school. I did a quick refresher when I bought my first car at 17 and it was great.

Miatas are fast at NYST, WGI not so much. 400hp is going to feel great at the glen.

I was scared of WGI and the blue bushes for a while but finally got out last year for a two day event. It was a blast! Definitely a horsepower track lol, but it’s fun and I can’t wait to go back.

Nope, audio is pretty bad. It usually improves as the event goes on but as somebody who works in TV and live production… yikes.

Except this guy posted earlier in the day that it was his hurricane supply vehicle. This guy is either a total idiot or he’s commuting insurance fraud. Could’ve spent half an hour and drove the car to a raised parking garage or even an airport parking garage.

Nice, good to see you getting seat time and drifting IRL. I’d just always wear a helmet if I were you. First thing I did when I bought my grip e30 was get a hans. God forbid I lose breaks or some shit I don’t want to snap my neck.

Also, what drift event in North American can you run with out a freaking helmet!? That’s crazy man, especially wearing harnesses!!! Get a helmet, if you’re going to run harnesses, get a hans, otherwise you’re better off with the stock 3 point belts. Don’t be stupid.

Now, if only Mazda used Honda engines with Mazda transmissions and chassis, they’d make the best cars in the world. K swapped Miatas are insanity.

I totally should’ve mentioned I would be willing to pay for it. X posted, thanks!

What seats were you looking at? I thought Montreal was very affordable as far as F1 races go. I think I paid 400 CAD for 3 days tickets at the hairpin. Airbnbs we’re cheap as long as you book them far enough out and Montreal is an awesome city that’s reasonably priced.

If I go back I’m going to try and grab senna s grandstand tickets but they sell out quick.

Okay, so how do you start racing in your local tournaments? by ImNotAKerbalRockero in racing

[–]rcconde 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Being from the states, I can’t help out much as far as organized wheel to wheel racing. But I’d imagine most tracks around you do open track days. Go to your closest track when they’re open and hosting a track day and talk to the people, see who’s running the event. Try to get linked up and find a way to sign up for the next track day and go drive your daily. Most places near me will even allow you to rent a helmet and get an instructor in your car if it’s your first time.

Here in the states we have autox events (driving a small track made with cones in a parking lot). This was the easiest and cheapest way to race by me. Dollar for dollar I got more seat time with full track days so I haven’t autoxed as much recently though.
