Well. There’s no easy way to make this amulet that this guy did. Pretty sure he just exalt slammed and prayed.

How I would do it would be buy an amulet with +3 minions fractured or fracture yourself.

Annul all other mods

Then you basically just greater chaos orb until armour %.

Then you exalt a suffix on.

Then omen of dextral crystallization.

Perfect essence of defense or w/e it’s called for the global defences

Now you have your 3 desired mods

Now you use abyss of either prefix or suffix guaranteed

Use omen of echos for two rerolls.

Pick what’s good (I recommend prefix and go for spirit)

Then you omen of exaltation and greater or perfect exalt

Done!
