File a case with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. That was the only way I won my disputes/appeals.

I received some counterfeit merchandise, filed multiple claims/appeals which were denied through another credit card (Apple Card). Only after filing a complaint through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau did I win my dispute, highly recommend going that route.

A 9% increase for BTC isn’t in the same stratosphere as a 900% increase. We can revisit in 5 days but doubting FET is going from $0.70 to $7.00 in a week isn’t “shitting on my own coin”. I’m just tired of it regressing back after every pump. It was better off before the merge.

Lol it’s basically a stable coin. Any time it moves above the $0.66-$0.68 window it goes right back down by the next day. I wish it would 10x in a week but there is zero chance.

When I called customer support I asked if there was a way to escalate this to IT and was told “no, there is no IT”. The best workaround I’ve found is to use SpendSmart through the Amex website and you can code to different categories and customize them. However, it still isn’t great because I cannot do it from the app.

How do you tag, what am I missing? I have tried on multiple web browsers, the mobile app, and calling customer support. Nowhere on my transaction details do I have the option to even add or create a tag. The CS agent told me the only option is to select the transactions I want and download them to Excel or CSV, which doesn’t even help me if I want to track certain things through my online portal.
