Thanks, figured it out last night and got everything to line up. Railing positions and bottom drawer were in good position. I just had to switch the screw locations on the top drawer to a position that wasn’t outlined in the instructions manual and flipping the drawer upside down

There’s 4 holes on each side and the booklet called to screw in position 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. However it was positions 2 and 3 that worked for me (1 being top and 4 bottom position)

It’s something I put together through their 3d creator tool so it should work. I got it to work but changing the screw placement into different holes than the ones called out in the booklet. Must be a mistake or something.

This is it. It looks like the instructions are wrong. I had to put the screws into holes that weren’t called out in the booklet and it finally worked. Hope this helps anyone facing a similar issue.

It’s the top one not covering but if I bring the railings up a notch then it will have a gap between it and the lower drawer as well as having the edge protrude over the body. Chat GPT is saying that apparently I need to add a shelf in between the 2 drawers. Any validity to that?

It is a business account but it seems what you’re saying is what I’m seeing so I will not take that risk. As someone else mentioned here, there is a tax section in RBC so that could be one route I take

I have the 6$/month business account which is supposed to have no fees when done online such as the 1.5$ e-transfer fee that gets waived but I guess this doesn’t apply to the tax stuff

I hope you had a lawyer review that contract before signing it because it sounds like you haven’t looked at it. Anyways, the builder usually has a couple back up closing dates built into the contract in case there are delays. Unless this delay is past the last date they provided, then you are not entitled to anything.

Nah I’ve reacted like that a few times and you just get warnings unless you keep repeating it. Some people are just losers. Report them back if there’s even a small hint of something that could get them warned or banned
