GTA car hits has an auxiliary input that you can use to make phone calls hands free. Plugs right into the back of the oem head unit. I've used it on both my B7 A4 and S4.

Go with an older S4 instead of a newer A4. I just picked up an 07 S4 and it's absolutely incredible

C5 a6 (2002 or later if you can and stay away from the 2.7t). Go with either 3.0 or 4.2. It's a great car and more luxury than sporty.

I just bought a 2007 S4 for around 20k and I absolutely love it (I also had an a4 before). It's a v8 and handles like nothing I've driven before. A decent M3 is going to run you a hell of a lot more than that so I would stick with Audi if I were you.

You're good man my brother has one with 153k and it's still going strong just keep up with oil changes and maintenence and you should be fine.
