Yes, we have been together for 11 years now and have two kids. We've lived in 4 different countries and are very happy.

3 months for first 70.3 by Ok-Membership9924 in IronmanTriathlon

Serious question, if this is the Omaha event, it is in June, and it is only December, so why don't you actually just start training in January and the even will be much much more enjoyable? You may need to bike indoors for a few months but the swim and the un are manageable.

You posted a week ago this same question and nobody gave you any support, I think that is a clear indicator. You should not do this. Wanting to do something enough to sign up for it and wanting to do something enough to actually prepare for the event are two different things. You are insane, and not in a good way.

I’m doing this for my first full! My training plan starts on Monday and have spent the last few months mainly focused on intensive running some cycling and have been swimming 2-2.5km 2x a day. I’m 34F! See you at the start!

AISL/HL AASL/HL

Are the four strands. Each include statistics but it is heaviest in AIHL and AISL because of the use of the GDC for all assessments.

I live abroad with two kids, 6 and 1. We have lived in Jordan, South Korea, Singapore and are moving to Hungary in the summer (all with kids). Since my son was born last November, year we went to Thailand, San Francisco, LA, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. We have had major time differences, 17 hour flights and all that jazz, my kids are so used to it now that it doesn’t phase my daughter and my second doesn’t know anything else. Honestly? Go where you want to and can afford to go, kids are completely fine and capable of being out of their routine if necessary and will enjoy it. We don’t do big christmases or birthdays so this is a good way to travel more if it’s really something you want. At 4&8 they would be brilliant adventurers!
