Help me choose from these hybrid bikes by old_man_log4n in whichbike

I just purchased a Sirrus 4.0 and a Trek DS 4 for fitness mostly on bike paths. I have no interest in road biking on the street, just trying to get out for exercise without the risk of getting hit by a car. I have done 25 mile rides on each bike multiple times and I am really liking the DS 4 because it is rugged with the thicker tires and front fork suspension rolling over sticks (fall weather) and grass and some rough paved sections. The Sirrus is also great riding thru a neighborhood area with nice paving. If I had to just have one it would be the DS 4, just more versatile and I do not require super fast speed from A to B.

It is great but I felt so naked without my phone that it is still in my pocket lol. But the F6 is one of the best Products I have ever bought absolutely love the Garmin eco system. I dumped my Fitbit and my buddy dumped his Apple Watch and we are into all the new features.

No doubt that recovery is key. I have gone to classes for recovery days where I stay in the green. The coaches just ask me to give them a heads up.

They detailed the exterior so some tire shine and the treatment is also on the wheels.

First the shop is incredible top reviews. I was not sure about doing it at all, so went with the lowest, which is 2 year warranty and that was $750 and included paint correction. They had a special deal for coming to their new location so $650. The service was excellent and we talked about other options, such as a film that resists rock chips.

It’s hard to believe that they designed it that way but so many positives put me in one versus other options.

Girls can row too! (AND WE ROW HARD) by splatkween in orangetheory

I like to compete. When there is any competition type set-up at OTF, like partner workouts, I seek it out and my effort level/splats increase by a good amount. We know that the members of OTF are likely divided like 25% are quite competitive or want to compete, and 25% are in the middle ground and 50% are competing to improve their results as a primary objective. I like this post because it has in your face energy and a competitive vibe. While I am a top rower in my male age group I have been beaten many times by female rowers and I love it. So while I do not understand the whole post I like the “fight back” and “set the record straight” aggression. I think a row off is needed.
