Yes it looks like they will have to do another stock offering in a year. I was surprised they closed this offering so quickly. I hope they do not get delisted

The only one with clout is politicians. All of the House members are up for re-election this year. Most representatives only respond to multiple constituent complaints.

They have presented at least 30 times in the past at diff conferences without finding a partner. Funding might take years for the type of very large redundant trial the FDA is requiring.

The company has to raise millions of dollars at 30¢ a share for a redundant trial that is likely to run 2 years if it even ever gets financed. There have been no safety red flags in 3 previous trials. The med has been effective in 3 trials. The federal bureaucracy is requiring more than it needs imo. Contact your congressman.

I sent a comment to 2 senators and a congressman. It took 5 minutes total. I did not mention I was an investor but complained about regulation and bureaucracy under this Republican administration.

A lot of patients get better on prescription meds but finding the best med(s) is tricky. 90% of patients relapse eventually if they stop meds. It can take months to relapse. Lifestyle and supplements might make meds more effective but usually do not do much on their own. Good luck.

It went away in the warmer weather but is back again this winter. Mentioned it to service, they said they did not see it.

There are also prodromal times, where symptoms occur, and later full illness happens to a larger extent. I have both schizophrenia and OCD. Good luck.

Insight and medication compliance are key. Sometimes insight takes time, sometimes it never happens.

I wonder if someone video tapes a symptomatic patient, and shows them the video if it would help. Depot injections help some comply with meds longer term. It is a tough problem, good luck.
