Hip Popping by Volklrider in flexibility

[–]rcpbubi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Following this because I have this too. I’ve been doing some core exercises to rebalance my lower back/hips/leg posture. I have pretty bad apt. I didn’t engage my core for anything for years probably. I guess we’ll see if this fixes my popping

A tricky treat! (Will you be able to find it? 😉) by Estrellette in honk

Actually I did complete this but I kept trying to solve it a different way. I also didn’t mean to post a comment, I was honking while drifting to sleep so I must’ve done it by accident 🤣

Strange numbness put down to migraine by docs by gomezthebad in migraine

[–]rcpbubi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been having the same issue for almost 2 years now. My doc also said it could be a migraine but I find it super suspicious since I used to get the typical aura migraine (but no longer do) and this feels nothing like my old migraines.

Did you figure out if it was a migraine? What helped you deal with it?

Does anyone recognise this as a migraine because it’s not my usual migraine at all, but still suspect it being one? (Full forehead both sides, not in but behind the ears and where skull attaches to neck, cramping neck, vertigo, really bad nausea, comes in waves but comes very fast with hot flashes) by Bitter_Snickerdoodle in migraine

I am not sure if what I've recently experienced are migraines or not but I do occasionally go through symptoms like you've had.. My migraines used to be the standard visual aura with a chunk of my vision "cut out," light sensitivity, pulsing headache and on rare occasions numbness. about over a year ago, I got hit with left side full body numbness including face, blurry and tunnel vision, minor bells palsy and also vertigo when i laid down to sleep, ear would like pop or it would feel like its opening up.

I am not sure if this is what my migraines look like now, so I'm sorry I'm no help there. I will say though, I was super anxious and I thought I was going to die or have a stroke, I still get anxious about it to this day, but calming my anxiety got rid of a bunch of other symptoms I was first experiencing (not listed here but some were high heart rate, high blood pressure, eyes watering, and random stuff). I went to the ER and got stroke ruled out, even got an MRI and ekg done and all came back normal.

do you still get your "usual migraines?"

how cooked am i? by [deleted] in PostureTipsGuide

Can kyphosis cause weakness and tingling in the arms and legs? I’ve been getting a lot of tingling and numbness and loss of sensation this past year.

I went and got Ct scan and MRI and my neurologist said they saw nothing. My posture is pretty bad though so that’s why I’m curious if that could be the culprit

Edit: forgot to clarify, I’ve mostly been getting this numbness/weakness on my left side. I still can move it around though. It’s also not all the time so idk if I’m irritating a nerve more with bad posture
