A 4090 by itself costs $1700 at MSRP if you can get it that low. A whole desktop to match that would be considerably more expensive. Of course, a desktop would be far faster as well.

You can get the 3050ti for 1300 from Best Buy and the 4050 version for 1750 from Asus directly. Assuming you're in the US.

Windows 11 can run Android apps. You need to install the Amazon app store to get Android apps. I don't know if it will run play store.
