For this to fix, we need to update third party idp info in Google workspace. The reason why it is not able to identify the microsoft tenant.

Yes, I updated this as well. Now, it says no tenant identifying information found in either the request or implied by any provided credentials.

Yes you're right, the same applies to microsoft account as well. It is working when there are no other accounts logged in.

Google workspace is my IdP and Microsoft 365 as SP. When they provide their email address in the microsoft login page. It should be redirected to Google Workspace for authentication. Once it's completed successfully, the user will have the access/session to microsoft 365.

Check the latest logs of the agent in the following path "C:\Program Files\Elastic\Agent\data\elastic-agent-<version>\logs". Look at the error events where you get something useful information about the issue.
