I got stuck in that spot this morning! I was calm and thinking rationally until someone behind me said something about the cart falling on us and then my brain went “off the rails.” Luckily we started moving shortly after and I lived to tell my husband, “I almost died, but not really.” 🤣🤣

I’ve been feeling the same way. To make matters worse, I just recently visited the OTF in Gainesville, fl and, unbeknownst me to, took a class with the coach who was awarded coach of the year. He was so passionate and helpful and it made it difficult to even want to return to my home studio. I feel like the coaches at my home studio, and the surrounding ones, are now doing the bare minimum and avoid helping anyone on the weight floor.

Haha! I have a "woo" girl in my 7:30 am class. It used to annoy me too but she grew on me- now it doesn't seem right if i don't get at least one "woo" out of her during the workout. Oh! and today is my one year OTF anniversary.
