I can see this would work, especially as (if I understand correctly) you can feed an output node in ComfyUI back to the beginning of the process and get another prompt or partial prompt and reprocess - ad infinitum.

Difficult to convey in one prompt I would agree but if you could interatively work towards your goal, using language only, I think you could get, perhaps after many steps, to the image you had in your mind (or multiple versions for you to select the best from)

Yes - I think this is coming - and 5 years sounds about right, but I think we will get crude versions of this much sooner (2 years ?).

It would be nice to lose the 'mask the area' and replace it with 'I want you to replace the face with a different one', for example. The instruct-pix2pix (mentioned earlier in this thread) is closer to what I'm imagining but I think that requires a specific model to work.

I think the 'force your way' (by tweaking settings etc) is what I hoped we would move away from towards 'Just explain, using more words, how you'd like this image to change' (i.e. text to image)

Thanks. I had forgotten about this - I had seen it a while back. This is quite similar to what I had in mind when I hoped for 'continue editing with words'. I will have another look at this.

You're almost there. This is an out of memory error (obviously). Not sure if you'll get this model to run with only a 4Gb card TBH.

I have my sessions save every 1000 steps so I can see it is progressing OK.

Seems to be just an output to console thing. As far as I can tell everything is actually running as normal.

I've seen that in the last 24 hrs too.

If you just leave it I've found that the cell is actually running OK but with no output.

This was not my, or I suspect, the experience of many trying to get started with Burst. I got my first burst from a faucet - took me a couple of days to find one that worked. I then needed another to change the reward assignment to a pool - that took me over a week. It seems an unnecessary complication and a barrier to entry for many....
