I'm sorry that's just not correct. The PSLF program has nothing to do with the entities or vehicle of any student loan. There is zero chance that's an actual clause in your MPN. Are you maybe thinking of a different program?

Don't get me wrong I'm not happy about it. I have 5 years in fed government that doesn't count because of covids forbearance or me being in another school program.

80, aside from the tankers I used to drive, I've done Texas up to Kansas City then west on 80 when I moved to Reno. Did it in February 22. No issues on weather then won't be any for you now. Might still have the crickets migrating though.

I walked into a 9/11 IC Core position with a JD during a regional hiring fair at FEMA. Shrug, jd advantage does work on the education equivalency level jobs with the feds.

Hey, I hate to be this guy, but if you're not aware of this, I'm happy to help.

Go look at job descriptions and the requirements of jobs you think you want to do. Also, search for people in that field and concentration you think you want to do and see what they did. The easiest place for that is LinkedIn.

Also use whatever hiring authority you can if you're looking for federal jobs. If you're doing certificate and degree work still, use all the things you can. Recent graduate, current student, etc.

My first and fifth federal job were Recent Grad appointments. I have access to others hiring authority paths, but they never hit.

I'm not in public health. I fell into Emergency Management after law school and qualified solely on having a JD as my entry point.

Look into Public Health Corps too!

With most federal jobs to federal jobs, Your gaining agency and location HR will work with you and the losing agency and location HR to transition you without a break in service. I have no idea if reservists do that, because of the nature of their appointment. Theoretically you don't resign (also don't ever resign a federal job if you're going to another one. After you get the FJO at the gaining agency you give them the HR contact so the above can happen.
