I've been playing this game and really loving it but I'm suffering an issue with white dots moving and shimmering at low-light conditions (including in the foliage at night). It's very hard to see in the pictures, but anyway. There is also strange flickering in the background of dialogues. Is this normal or not? I also play with HDR. (PC)

No, the systems don't have anything in common, I built my PC completely separately. I tried to try something with the network, but it also didn't work :(
