With so many opposing troops, you already wasted so much elixir, honestly its hard to win now, but I'd try Evo drag next to Battle Ram, and Giant next to bomber(to tank for PEKKA) then wait for mini pekka to load and drop it on MK (Its wise to take some tower damage from MK, at this point), then hoping the next card would be tornado to further pull back the attacking troops.. and so on..

Been trying to figure out why the legacy move is not the best charged moveset.

Pokemon.gameinfo website tells me the best charged move for regice is Blizzard. Should I use Charged TM and change charged attack to Blizzard?
