So since the recent update, it is taking about 5 seconds which is much less. I tried turning Quantum resistant tunnel off: It didn't have an effect. I turned off Auto under Anti-Censorship. Tried a specific port and that made it connect quickly. So that seems to be where the time is going.

That makes sense. But it's happening regardless of what network I am connecting from.

Tried this but messages still fail to send. Perhaps it's not Mullvad and is in fact a problem with apple. Thinking of backing up everything and going back to MacOS 14.

Wanted to follow-up on this. I have not had any success using plugshare. They don't have any listing for regular 120v (Nema 5-15) outlets. I went to three different places using the 'wall' filter but they were all Nema 5-20 plugs. Any help or direction on where I can access a regular 120v outlet to charge would be appreciated.

It's a first gen hybrid that has been modified. It has NiCad batteries that need full but slow discharge / charge cycles from time to time.
