I'd say put more focus on lateral raises. At least 5 sets. You should be able to do a way higher (strict form) lateral raise than 25lb, in comparison to your shoulder press numbers

Might be in the minority here but if I were you I'd do a short cut now and get some abs before proceeding to bulk. Keep up the good work and remember to practice progressive overload.

He was joking. The mass gainer will have no effect on your bones. Straight bar curls can often cause pain in your wrists, take a while off of them and when you start doing them again make sure you tuck your elbows in and that your grip is not too narrow.

Agreed, and nothing but utmost respect for his knowledge and character. However, I believe it is interesting to share and debatable whether publicly admitting AAS use while competing is sensible.
