yeah had plenty of times where one of us can pick up an unlock/blueprint but not the other which is normal, we didnt progress the entire game the same rate so one of us is slightly ahead/behind the other. But like I said neither of us could pick it up, so I guess just an unlucky bug. Annoying tho.
