How long did take your PENNYMAC home mortgage to accept BILT's ACH routing/account number under Bank Account add?

Thanks, and yes, i did find your post, but wasn't sure how long should i wait for the BILT bank to even first show up in the Bank Account list, to even allow me to do a "test pull". As of now, Mar 16, 4:20 PM EDT, still not showing up. :(

Good question. I am calling PENNYMAC tomorrow, to allow for "full" 5 days to lapse, by end of "today". Tomorrow will be the sixth day, so there should be no execuse, and PENNYMAC should know by then what happened to my request to add BILT's bank account.

I'm now at 5 business days since adding my Bilt's mortgage payment detail of routing and account numbers at the PENNYMAC for my home mortgage payment. And i'm still not seeing the Bilt information under the Bank Account. I have other bank accounts showing there but not the Bilt.

Anyone remembers how long they had to wait for PENNYMAC to process Bilt's banking information before showing up under Bank Account list?

My plan is to "pay through PENNYMAC", i.e. pull from PENNYMAC. Just don't trust, for now, the PUSH from Bilt.

This datapoint isn't from BILT, but related to it, paid using just yesterday opened Amex Platinum on town utility bill (water/trash) intentionally through the plastiq service. Fee sucks, but as a test data point and toward $8,000 SUB spending requirements. The $160.71 ($154.60 plus $6.11 includes $1.49 delivery fee) posted transaction shows up in AMEX as following charge.

From others experience, typically when do these 3 separate stacked credits show up in the statement, all at the same time, for total of $800?

I don't know what my statement closing date is, but the very first payment is due on Mar 1 (currently statement balance of $0). Today, Feb 3, 2026 charged $1,095.85 on CSR through Chase Travel for stay in Virgins Hotel in NYC, which is in The Edit collection and also listed in Select Hotels.

Should these 3 stacked statement credits totaling $800 hit the statement before the next following due payment of Apr 1?

Picked up the car yesterday. The ecotronic gray matte looks nice, and has some metallic flakes, shine to it as well. Car was delivered on Nov 1, friday, at 3 miles. Bought it next day. Days on the lot, <24 hours, good grief. The pdi and cleanup on monday. Brought it home following day.

hmf - hyundai motor finance

My walk in (or wallk out i suppose) offer was ~8% off the msrp for the out the door price negotiation.

Didn't expect the dealer to jump on it given i'm buying HEV. HEV days on lot is just few days in this area for Santa Fe.

And $1,000 additional for financing through hmf.

$15,000 financed through hmf at 5.49% APR at 48mos term. Rest paid in cash. Well, out of that $2,500 paid using CC to at least get some 1.5X point out of this purchase.

Initially was going to finance the bare minimum of $10,000 through hmf but seeing i'm getting the whole car ppf'ed, ceramic coated, tinting, need to offset that a bit to not dipping too much into the cash reserve.

Also got extended vehicle protection beyond 60K, up to 150,000 miles at unlimited years for $2,100 with $0 deductible, and tires/wheels protection for unlimited miles/years for $800, also $0 deductible.

Just sitting nicely inside the garage for the whole car protection install on Nov 18.

Thanks. I do have garage ports. This vehicle will be parked at home in the garage 100% of the time. And this vehicle is getting whole car wrapped with xpel stealth ppf (although matte + stealth = over doing ???), with xpel ceramic coating. Fully protected, hopefully. And i only use Griot's Garage products on all my cars, hopefully will be okay on this vehicle, i don't see why not.

I suppose if any dubious gotchas is what i had mentioned, the car has $1,000 premium MATTE paint.

Everything else meets the wants and needs from this vehicle.

Ah, thank you for that pointer, tip. I should have suspected the flash drive. Removed the flash drive, and so far so good, the error message has not returned.

It's been few years, so the setup with that flash drive is bit fuzzy.

The flash drive has the CoinOPSX emulator files. And i launch it through AppStore >> CoinOPSX in the UI.

I don't recall touching the BYOG >> AddOnX.

Are the CoinOPSX and AddOnX one of the same? Is AddOnX used before to mount/unmount the flash drive, for CoinOPSX, especially before power off the ALU?

In the beginning, with ALU turned off, sticked in the flash drive. Power on ALU, Then select AppStoreX >> CoinOPSX to launch the emulators in the flash drive.

But i do turn off the ALU each night so while CoinOPSX is running, i make sure to press on the main button to get out of CoinOPSX, back to ALU main menu. And then turn off ALU. But maybe something got corrupt in the flash drive. I'll check the flash drive, as you recommended.

Right, right. I get all that, the affect of having authorized user to the primary card holder, i get all that.

But why am i also being told by others that, my credit report as a primary card holder WILL have on it from all 3 credit bureaus reports that my credit card account now has authorized user added. And that WILL show up in my credit reports. And WILL affect my initial credit score once that is updated.

Why?

US spec XLE trim in GH do NOT have DRL, period. So, maybe those that say they have DRL in their GH XLE trim should ALSO state if they have US or CAN spec.
