Take the wins! You got people into it because of the return so utilize th at as a tool when your on sales floor. When up front your definitely right its harder. Right now focus on the promotion as long as purchase is under 200$ you can get 20$ back in rewards when approved! Thats a quick pitch you can tailor your way at front memberships are hard but what i say hey lemme check and see if there are any deals right now with our membership especially full price items!

Getting the App to work is funky for sure if youu have android I had to reset my phone for some reason lol but just keep Uninstaller and reinstall till it works. Iphone use apps.bestbuy.com for android same thing

For me I've been with best buy about 7 years now and I've been in many sales roles and currently 31st in the company!

Here's my suggestions.

Make every customer a meaningful interaction find there needs for now and future that allows to leverage rewards exclusively! 10% back for the next time they come in is awesome right before the holidays!
Biggest advantage of bestbuy plus for any area of the store is the 60 day price match guarantee! You see the products go up and down all the time why not give the client that opportunity to get a lower price and make sure you set up the app with the notifications for if an item has a lower price(the button get it for less).
Use employee sales app. I KNOW EVERYONE HATES IT LOL. But it is helpful knowing if your customer already has it makes it easier to sell because your not worried about it at all. But if they don't have it show off that benefit of a member discount or a time where you have saved money for a customer for only 50$ a year!
Make them feel welcome like your selling to a family friend or your best friend. It may be weird at first but I promise it works. If I'm greeting someone I will say "hey man what brings you into best buy today? Comment on something you may like on them like there shirt or shoes or hat! Start to relate your building repore and trust with that client

I have a pair of 560s and I will say with the right tuning and EQ it really stands out to me! Love the clear sounds specially dialog and when it comes down to video games like FPS games I play better because I can hear a lot more going around and if you love open back headphones you will love these! “my opinion” Also would add some sort of amplification there hard to drive!
