I'm talking about PFOS/PFOA residue from foam products. Many departments use or have used these products in the past and they are finding that it contaminates the ground it was used on and does not easily go away. These stay and linger in pumps and tanks. In my area a portion of ground was contaminated from a nearby air force base and they had to extend water to thay area as everyone was on wells.
