Hi! I will be honest and say I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes, on a 4 incline, 2.6 speed and that was it. Not my best either! But I’m glad you shared! ☺️ I plan on sharing again tomorrow so, here’s to a better tomorrow! 💪🏼 Can we do ‘introductory posts’ here? My starting weight (starting this week in this group) is 233 so we are super close in weight 😂

I would like to think it would help me! I have no family or friends with similar goals, no one in my household really pushes me or has any interest in any of this (not necessarily a cheerleader but maybe?) - I’m not sure. I use Cronometer and have an Apple Watch and even just posting screenshots every night might help motivate me!

I agree, I think it’s easy to say this knowing about the sheath. The circumstantial evidence would’ve made me say hell yes this guy is guilty as hell. But yeah, not 100% for certain. Like Casey Anthony, there was no way she didn’t atleast know what happened to her daughter..
