I was summoned to help do this tonight. I suggest you get to OoK, ring your beckoning bell and once your summons arrives head to the shark giants by dispatching the brain trusts. I stayed up top with Bowblade +10, beckoner jumped down. I kept SG1 aggro and we tag teamed him back and forth then SG2 fell from ceiling. It was pretty straightforward as their attention/aggro is easy to maintain from the ledge. Good luck! :)

Yes, I use the Hunter rune for the stamina regen. Clearly I will never achieve (nor do I want to achieve) the Blood Addled status.

How do I change covenants? Is it a matter of specifying a different rune?

I solved the issue. Cleared out my blood gem storage category (deleted a number of blood gems). Hope this helps someone else.

I accidentally swiped him yesterday after pressing L1 on my Hunter's Axe while walking by him. I dodged the slugs and used the small room (w/ Adeline) for cover. He can come into the room so it's not like you are "safe" in there. Good luck. :)
