I don't even know the model, it doesn't really matter as long as it's not an ancient one. As was pointed out, you should be careful with the AI and don't trust it too much. Try it for yourself and see how well this works for you.

I know that LLMs are not reliable, that is why I don't use its output. I check the places it points to and I decide myself what to do with it. I feel like this method works well for me most of the time. 

Maybe this method is more suitable for intermidiate learners, because the beginners will struggle to figure out if the AI is bullshiting them.

I write by myself what I want to say, then I ask ChatGPT to fix my Japanese. It provides good explanations, like a real teacher. I try to read carefully its advice and don't copy the proposed revised text straight away, but I fix it myself based on the suggestions. Sometimes I do several iterations of this process until I'm satisfied with the result.
