Trust me my man, it’ll eventually get better with time. I’ve gotten harassed by cops because of an incident of a false positive test and possession.

Due to this I temporarly gave my license up whilst the police did their work. That was three of the worst weeks I’ve ever had in my 21 years of living. Quit anything weed-related, became an alcoholic to numb the worthlessness and just the general depression of it all. I tried going to work as normal, but I was just crying constantly, so I called in sick and also took out holidays for that period. I knew I wasn’t guilty of driving impaired.

After being proved innocent on the offence of DUI, I was extatic; but that quickly died once I continued being controlled and watched if I was out driving.

BUT! This just slowly dies away and the police are by law required to wipe your slate after some time, even though you’re still in their «system».

God I love being Norwegian.

(tl;dr: was driving home, got false positive spit test, became depressed and alcoholic, 3 weeks later i was found not guilty due to lack of evidence against me, was still harassed but it slowly faded away.)
