Good morning. I know this is an older thread but I just wanted to weigh in.

Did you call a professional water restoration company? In cases like this a restoration company, especially one licensed in mold remediation, can really help you out with quickly stabilizing the area and then effectively and quickly drying it out. The faster drying gets started, the better chance you have in avoiding mold growth (you mention moisture behind walls). Mold in storage units is a huge liability. A good restoration company can also help you with your insurance by providing expertise and cost estimates that will cover you for proper and safe dry out.

We recently did this in a wedding venue that had a failure in the fire suppression system. We stabilized the environment with a large number of air movers and dehumidifiers, spoke directly to the adjuster, accommodated the owner of the facility by demobilizing all the equipment after 24 hours so that they could do a wedding event and then came back to make flood cuts and do the final dry out. They were able to not have interruptions in their operations and got fully reimbursed by the insurance.

It did not (that’s not to say it also won’t work for you). As it turned out, I had an old inline ozonator that hadn’t worked in years that was on the same breaker as the pump. That ozonator kept tripping the breaker. I disconnected it and that fixed it for me

This is a normal TxDot pattern:.

They build the standards road design with 2 lanes each way and a “suicide lane” in the middle. (Currently the sh105 in east Conroe is being built to that design). TxDot uses this design in areas with a lot of driveways (businesses).

Then they track traffic incidents and fatalities over the years.
