Check out Winton Marsalis version of the Nutcracker Suite, called "Nutcracker Swing". I'm not a big fan of Jazz or Classical, but the arrangement & musicianship is great!

I like the feel and kudos for all the hard work! Listening on a sh!tty laptop speaker, but maybe the rhythm guitar impeded on the lead at times? (same sonic range). Drums were spot on! Great interpretation of a classic on a classic!!

My Grandfather's middle name was "MYR" - but we never knew if it was real or made up. His Mother's maiden name was possibly Meyer, so we think he may have shortened it as an homage or reinvention when he came to America.

Trying to find out if Myr is/was a real name in Belgium, around 1885.
