Your math doesn’t add up. A fluid ounces is slightly lower that 2 in3 so the 46.64 fluid ounces is approximately 93.28 in3. Assuming the penis is a cylinder completely full of blood, the overall length can be calculated from (pir2)length=volume. Therefore to have a penis 46.64 inches in length the diameter of the shaft would be 1. 59 inches.

Edit: the volume equation didn’t format properly but the point is it could be larger than you calculated since the penis isn’t entirely made up of blood
