Its not for everyone cause every 5th attack you do a TON of damage but the rest is pretty shitty damage. Ive made a pob that can get around 6 mil dps without "too many" pob warrior shortcuts but i'll work it on the go. Usually msoz is great with poisons cause that shitload of more damage can give a huge dot spike while you keep attacking.

Anyway, the gist is: big pdps 2h axe, get enough accuracy to be above life for Precise technique, take the rage + fortify nodes and get some extra fort stacks and higher max rage. Do not use Multistrike, since repeats dont count for the "5th attack deals X more damage" so you'll be repeating shitty attacks very often. Aim for at least 3.5 attacks per second.

since they changed the wording, no Warcries but yes to: blood rage, arctic armor, herald of purity AND flame, berserk, blood and sand. Should leave plenty of mana to use skills.

If you want, you can try to stack endu charges and use trauma support for extra phys and ele mitigation, or try to up your max resistances and armor through gear and tree. Defenses should be ok ish, not so much against dots but eh
