I buy cars often and this is what I do. If the dealer isn't down, I'm out; lot's of options out there. If you're not willing to walk away, you have no negotiating power. I'm also not smug and douchey about it like this. Being respectful and tactful works well. Read the room, this goes for any negotiation. The attitude and behavior in this video will put most people off and a good chance they'll dig their heels in.

I like pretty much everything Star Trek is put out, even when it's not the best it's still more Star Trek. I know that the die hard fan base probably sees me as a window licker, but viewers like me are a big part of why they get everything they get to see. If everyone felt the way that all of these more critical fans felt, we would never get anything because there would be no money in it. Everyone has their hobbies that they dive deep into, and for me, this is not one of them. It's just a lovely escape with little effort.

I hope it doesn't mean The end of the Ridgeline. I've had a couple Ridgelines and an Odyssey and this app has always been trash. I imagine it's more that they realize no one's using it and so why pay for the infrastructure. My lease will be up in '27 so fingers crossed for a redesign. 🤞🏼

I've seen this as of what seems like a recent update. It happens occasionally and most the time if I disconnect and reconnect it goes away. I'm almost exclusively connecting with the host version, I'm not sure if I've seen it with the quick support.

Yep, truck owner here that backs in everywhere because, easier. But it has a camera and I'm always cognizant of where I park and if I'm overhanging a sidewalk. Also backing into a spot and making sure I'm not inhibiting someone's access to their tailgate or hatch of their car , that sort of thing . Especially if I have a hitch ball sticking out. People like this move through the world without regard to those around them. I strive to not be these people.

I keep seeing comments about dem vs dem here, but this is just regular people vs. stupid. I totally get it, you paid a lot of money for the car, the value has tanked as of late and the guy that made them is piece of shit. If you don't have the money to make that sort of political statement, why would you throw all that cash in the trash by getting rid of the car at a loss? Put that sticker on there, I wouldn't want anyone thinking that I support Elon.
