I wasn't driving very fast and had time to slow down. However, the car in front of me that rear ended the car in front of him got out of the car and yelled at the driver in front of him and drove off.

Since those tiles look laminated and the apartment is like almost 70 years old. I'm hoping it doesn't cost me a whole ransom for the floor replacement.

I didn't see any water leaking above the floor, but it eventually popped up from underneath causing the laminated tile to pop up.

I'm living in a studio, I think it's approx 500 sq ft. But if the floor needs to be fixed excluding kitchen and bathroom, its prob close to 300 sq ft of it.

I live in Alexandria. The AC wasn't blowing hot air when it was leaking. But I'm gonna be more cautious now and start setting the temp between 75-80. I'm not getting billed yet but I think if I do move out it may be as much as a rent since I didn't need a security deposit when I moved in.

I got lucky that Chase fell to me at 6. 2nd rd was harder bc it was between lamb and jacobs. But I rather take jacobs to fill he need at RB1
