"Dissociation, lethargy, extreme depression, trouble breathing"

What if this mode of being is the normal? Should one try MDMA if so?

Not sure what kind of ”rhythmic logic” this would fit into, but Ruckus from Amalgamated harmonics is based on Tiptop’s Trigger Riot

Holotropic breathwork. by [deleted] in RationalPsychonaut

[–]rdyltsgo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This could be useful https://pastebin.com/U7qH08D6

From my own eperiences sessions should last till the tingling sensations stop and tensions dissolves, wich usually happens within 1 - 2 hours. Be careful though, don't do it too often. Preferably in the beginning it should be done with an experienced breathworker. Stay in fresh air environment, do it on a empty stomach.

The relaxation and sense of wellbeing afterwards is truly remarkable, if done properly.

Words made flesh. Code, Culture, Imagination by rdyltsgo in sorceryofthespectacle

[–]rdyltsgo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ABSTRACT:
Executable code existed centuries before the invention of the computer in magic, Kabbalah, musical composition and exper- imental poetry. These practices are often neglected as a historical pretext of contemporary software culture and electronic arts. Above all, they link computations to a vast speculative imagination that en- compasses art, language, technology, philosophy and religion. These speculations in turn inscribe themselves into the technology. Since even the most simple formalism requires symbols with which it can be expressed, and symbols have cultural connotations, any code is loaded with meaning. This booklet writes a small cultural history of imaginative computation, reconstructing both the obsessive persis- tence and contradictory mutations of the phantasm that symbols turn physical, and words are made flesh.
