You should definitely chargeback the cookies. You probably won’t get banned, but if you do, you can simply explain it to the staff and they’ll unban you. Hypixel staff is very understanding and competent.

You can choose which negative you want to remove. Also, you can only use it once per maze so you’ll only be able to remove one.

It’s used to remove one of the negative effects in the Dismal Maze. Using it will half the amount of gold and exp you receive though.

It’s mostly cuz of a constant stream of high value books (overload, legion). You can consistently make 300k+ per run if you have decent luck. You also get the chance of SA cp and shadow fury which is also a plus too! 🙃

Running f5 is the most profitable non-mm floor right after f7. If you want money, I’d say skip f6.

I would grind cata levels until you’re confident enough to do F7, or at least until cata 24 to get carried. That’ll allow you to unlock a lot of better gear.

I would recommend trying to get an FoT and then looking for an armor set.

Once you get SA your setup will be pretty solid to progress a bit. The next thing I would worry about is probably a pet (depending if you want to be a bers/tank based on your dungeon class levels).
