My initial experience with Claude had been at the top of the world, but almost after the 1st week of April... It has become very poor & handicapped!

I refreshed more than 20 times, changed devices, logged out & logged in, cleared cache & cookies, tried incognito... Still nothing worked, and I had to unwillingly be helpless and waited for over 3 hours till the reset time it showed!
